An account of Hazel K. Bell′s visit to the Library of Congress in May 1993, when she interviewed some of the staff, especially Anna Keller of the Collections Policy Office. Comments are made on the collections policy, databases and links with Internet, the National Technical Report Repository (DARPA) project, finance, preservation policy and the National Demonstration Laboratory of Interactive Information Technologies.
