Opportunities for the commercialization of Caribbean information networks

In the context of assisting in the sustainable development of Caribbean regional information networks, assesses the potential of existing networks to develop commercial services. First evaluates selected networks against a model business strategy. Then identifies areas suitable for commercialization, and describes constraints to commercialization which are directly linked to existing policies at institutional and government levels. Suggests policy adjustments which will allow for the more efficient and effective development of commercial information services.
