Team management and university libraries in Ghana: the influence of culture

Aims to provoke discussion on the concept of team management in the context of African university libraries, with particular reference to Ghana. It considers the influence of the historical roots of the universities, and describes the aspects of the socio‐cultural environment which influence the operating environment. A review of the literature is provided.
