Problem-based learning with library e-resources to enhance student information literacy self-efficacy

Thoriq Tri Prabowo is a Ph.D. student in technology-enhanced learning and innovation, School of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. He is also Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He achieved his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His research interests include library and information science, information literacy, digital literacy, library-based learning and technology-enhanced learning and innovation. He has published in the University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development, Library and Information Science Research, Journal of Librarianship and Information Science and Education and Information Technologies, among others.

Jirarat Sitthiworachart is Associate Professor in Educational Technology, School of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. She earned her Master’s Degree and Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, UK. Her research interests span across several topics including educational technology, e-assessment and computing in social science. She has published in Education Sciences, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, Innovations in Education and Teaching International, Educational Technology Research and Development, The Asia–Pacific Education Researcher, among others.

Jon Chao Hong is Professor at Department of Industrial Education of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). He also Researcher at Chinese Language and Technology Center and Institute for Research Excellence in Learning Sciences NTNU. He published extensively in the leading journals in the field, including Current Psychology, Asia Pacific Journal of Education, Journal of Research on Technology in Education, Research in Science and Technological Education and, etc. He is a reviewer of some journals including Current Psychology and International Journal of Science and Mathematics Education.

Mike Joy is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Warwick in the UK. His research interests include educational technology, computer science education, mathematical logic, agent-based systems and functional programming. He has published extensively in the leading journals in the fields, including Education Sciences, International Journal on Integrating Technology in Education, Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Higher Education Theory and Practice, International Journal of Knowledge Engineering, Journal of Programming Languages, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, Journal of Functional Programming and Notre Dame Journal of Formal Logic.
