In 2023 he was Visiting Scholar at the Chair of International Business of the University of Vienna. His research topics focus on business model innovation, strategic management, family firms and R&D collaborations.

Ivano De Turi is assistant professor of Business Administration at Department of Management, Finance and Technology University LUM Giuseppe Degennaro (Bari, Italy). He is scientific coordinator of the Master in Entrepreneurship and General Management at LUM School of Management. His research interests are in the field of technology transfer process, academic spin-offs, digital transformation, business model innovation and open innovation. Graduated at LUM University in Bari in 2010. PhD in Economics and Management of Natural Resources at LUM University in 2017. Visiting scholar at MIT Connection Science (Boston, USA) in 2019. Visiting Professor at Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj-Napoca, Romania) in 2023.

Antonello Garzoni is based at the Department of Management, Finance and Technology, Universitá LUM Giuseppe Degennaro, Casamassima (BA), Italy. Antonello Garzoni is full professor of “Strategic Management” and Rector at LUM “Giuseppe Degennaro” University, where he has been serving as Dean of the Faculty of Economics from 2009 to 2011 and Vice-Rector for international cooperation from 2011 to 2019. Graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in 1993. He got his PhD in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University, Milan in 1999. His research interests are in the field of strategic management accounting and corporate performance measurement, competitive intelligence, corporate entrepreneuership and business model innovation. In 2004–2005 he was the coordinator of the research program in “Strategic Management Accounting” at SDA Bocconi Research Division. Since 1998 he has been professor of “Strategic Management” at Bocconi University, Milano, where he teaches in both undergraduate and graduate courses. Since 1995 he has been professor of “Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management” at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he teaches in both Executive and Master programmes. From 2009 to 2014 he has been Director of Master in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management (Master MISA) and coordinator of executive education course in the general management field. In 2015 he has been named Academic co-Director of the Global Advanced Management Program from Georgetown University-ESADE-SDA Bocconi. In 2017 he has been named as Director of the Senior Management Program at SDA Bocconi School of Management. In 2019 he was visiting scholar at MIT Boston Department of Connection Science.

Gianluca Zanellato is based at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Gianluca Zanellato is an associate lecturer in accounting at the Babeș-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. He holds a PhD in Accounting from Babeș-Bolyai University and a PhD in Management and Information Technology from the University of Salerno. His research interests encompass non-financial disclosure, integrated reporting, sustainable development goals and the functioning of state-owned enterprises. Zanellato is also involved in research on the history of accounting. He teaches various courses such as Financial Accounting, Basic Accounting, Controlling and Managerial Accounting.
