Social collective organizing: a dynamic capability for the social resilience of a territory

Dr Simona D’Antone is Associate Professor of Marketing at KEDGE Business School (Marseille, France). Her main research interests are in cultural and social aspects of markets and consumption, with a focus on market emergence and innovation phenomena, concerned markets, collective organizations, business purchasing, consumer well-being, brands and their cultural origins. Her work has been published in international journals such as Marketing Theory, Industrial Marketing Management, International Marketing Review, Journal of Consumer Affairs and Consumption Markets and Culture.

Dr Florence Crespin-Mazet is Senior Professor of Business-to-Business Marketing at KEDGE Business School (Toulon, France) and Director of the Business Engineering program. Florence has specialized in B2 marketing, complex solutions selling and the role of emergent forms of collaborative innovation (communities, networks) in business development. Her current research focuses on the assessment of communities’ value (dimensions, methods of assessment) for the firm but also for the community’s members and key stakeholders. She is an active member of the KCO Community (Knowledge Communities Observatory) and of the IMP Group promoting an interactive perspective of marketing, purchasing and management. Her work has been published in international journals such as Management International, Management Decisions, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing and European Management Journal.

Dr Karine Goglio is Senior professor of Business-to-Business marketing at KEDGE Business School (Toulon, France). She founded and coordinates the B to B Solutions and Services specialisation in the Master 2 Business Engineering. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and a Master’s degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. Karine is the founder, in 2014, and leads the KCO (Knowledge Communities Observatory), a community that brings together companies and researchers passionate about communities for business development. Her current research focuses on the development of the community model in organizations to fuel innovation, manage, develop business and be resilient in a different way. Her work has been published in international journals such as Management International, Management Decisions, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing and European Management Journal.

Dr Gregorio Fuschillo is Associate Professor of Marketing at KEDGE Business School. He has also been a visiting scholar at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, SDU (Syddansk Universitet), Denmark, RMIT, Australia and Schulich School of Business, Canada. His research interests focus on marketplace and brand culture, consumer identity, fandom studies and morality in the marketplace. He is the author of academic articles published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Marketing Theory, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Culture, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Revue Française de Gestion and Revue du MAUSS.
