Trained by Philip Kotler, he is a certified marketing expert from the University of British Columbia, Canada, and Kyoto University, Japan. Gupta has held significant roles such as Program Chair, Program Director, Internship Coordinator, NBA Team Member, Governing Board Member and Examination Controller. He has presented over 50 research papers at prestigious institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Madras and published more than 80 articles in renowned journals. His numerous accolades include the Best Case Award from the Case Center (USA) and the Econs Award for Outstanding Contribution in Higher Education. An accredited Management Teacher from AIMA, he has organized and conducted Management Development Programs (MDPs) and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for various organizations and institutes. Gupta also serves on editorial boards and as a reviewer for multiple esteemed journals, and he frequently participates as a session chair and panel member at conferences.
