As part of Nestlé’s long-term commitment to environmental sustainability, the company has continued to reduce the environmental impact of its Nescafé Dolce Gusto home beverage machines since the first models were introduced in 2006.

The second generation machines – which can make 16 different types of coffee and a variety of other hot and cold drinks – create 32 percent fewer CO2 emissions, use 41 percent fewer fossil fuels, and use 25 percent less water from manufacture to the point of use than the original models.
