At a recent symposium, Health and Fitness, organised by the Butter Information Council, Professor Peter H. Fentem spoke about the beneficial effects of exercise. Professor Fentem stressed that regular exercise should be regarded as a necessary element in the pattern of the daily life for everyone — the young, the not so young and the elderly alike. He also pointed out that it is never too late to forego a previously sedentary existence and enjoy the benefits of a more healthy, active way of life
