Organics village

With the increased interest in organic foods the Soil Association and Food and Drink Expo have teamed up to create an Organics Village at the NEC in March 2000. The village will be situated next to the International Fresh Produce Fair in Food and Drink Expo as part of the UK's largest ever food-led industry event. There will be an array of products and information for buyers and suppliers. Representation is expected from suppliers of fruit, vegetables, beer, meat, ice cream, teas and much more. The village will enable multiple retailers,restaurants, pub chains and convenience stores to source the latest in organic produce.
