Campden Day 2002

Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association Group (www.campden.co.uk) held an open day on 12 June 2002.

The programme included visits to the laboratories and process halls to see the breadth of work undertaken at the Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association Group. Exhibits included ones on bakery technology, sensory evaluation and food law training.

The 24th annual Campden lecture was given on "Whither food and agriculture? Trade and technology?" by Dr Robert Thompson.
