New packaging from Glutafin to help their customers distinguish between products

Glutafin has introduced a bright new look for their gluten-free foods,specially designed for those with coeliac condition. The change has been to assist customers in identifying the correct Glutafin foods, which cater for their individual needs. Over the next few months, breads and mixes containing gluten free wheat starch will be renamed "Gluten Select" and products that are free from both gluten and wheat will be renamed "Glutafin Gluten free Wheat free".

The colour bar on the front of the pack highlights the "free-from"information, making it clear at a glance if a food is free from gluten, wheat,milk or egg. All free-from claims are supported by strict controls to avoid cross contamination and by an analysis programme. Where a food does contain a potential allergen this is highlighted in the "contains box" directly below the ingredients list.
