Lady Caroline Waldegrave has agreed to become the President of the Hospital Caterers Association. Lady Waldegrave is a fellow caterer who was previously involved at Guy's Hospital.

She is a published author and was a Founder President and Managing Director of Leith's School of Food and Wine who appreciates and understands the issues surrounding hospital catering and the challenges of hospital caterers.

I understand that Lady Waldegrave will attempt to attend at least some of our Conference, prior commitments allowing.
