As part of the British Nutrition Foundation's 40th anniversary, we are producing a special edition of our journal, Nutrition Bulletin, which was launched at a one-day conference in central London on 6th March 2007. The special edition focuses on the topical issue of the Influence of diet on cognitive function, appetite and mood. Specific topics covered included carbohydrate craving and cognition, the influence of different nutrients including protein on appetite and the effect of diet on behaviour and performance.
