Hsin Hsin Chang is a Distinguished Professor of the Department of Business Administration at the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. She received a PhD from the School of Management, University of Bradford, England, UK. Her current research interests fit broadly into the areas of e-business, online consumer behavior and decision, m-commerce, human-computer interaction, collaborative and innovation, e-health care, and global logistics. Pei-Hsuan Hsieh is an Associate Professor of Institute of Information Management at the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her research interests are online services, web-based knowledge management, e-government and information ethics. She has published a numbers of journal articles, conference papers and book chapters in her fields. She is also the reviewer of several peer-reviewed and indexed academic journals.

Chen Su Fu is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Business Administration, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her current interests lie in the development and applications of new integrated (qualitative/qualitative) methodologies for understanding consumer behaviors. She has published several articles in Industrial Marketing Management, Information Systems Frontiers, IT & People, Journal of Health Communication, Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, etc.
