TopDOS can be a useful improvement to standard DOS software, providing many significant aids for navigating among hard disk files. For some novice personal computer users TopDOS may be well worth learning and using. However, users who have access to public domain utility programs will find that TopDOS adds few new facilities, no greater ease of use, and may conflict with other RAM‐resident programs.
