OCLC unveils online journal plans OCLC. chose last month's National Online Meeting in New York to unveil plans for two new online journals. In October Electronic Letters, the UK Institution of Electronic Engineer's biweekly journal of international electronics research goes online, offering users 1400–1500 articles a year as well as a link to the INSPEC database to retrieve abstracts of references cited. The following month another online journal makes its debut—the Online Journal of Knowledge Synthesis for Nursing, produced with Sigma Theta Tau.
