Residential tenancies

In a number of cases recently, the courts have held that in these days it is not only possible but entirely appropriate in the majority of cases for Rent Officers and Rent Assessment Committees to at least commence the process of determining a "fair rent", for properties let on regulated tenancies under the Rent Act 1977, by considering open market comparables readers are referred to: Curtis v.
