A wide range of topics was discussed at a recent seminar for clients organised by Chartered Surveyors Gerald Eve & Co under the title ‘Practical Property Problems 1986’. Three of the papers are reproduced here. The first looks at the investment market, the other two considering in detail the problems arising at review and on renewal.
