The paint and printing ink industry's current predicament is “a sorry state of affairs that only a substantial economic recovery can correct.” This is the view expressed by ICC Business Ratios in a rather gloomy report published last month. It considers that the paint and printing ink manufacturer's immediate future is concerned more with survival than expansion, which may well be true of some companies, but surely not all?
