At the recent AGM of the Paint Manufacturers and Allied Trades Association at the Rubens Hotel in London, the President, Dr Gidvani, drew the attention of the meeting to the poor attendance of its members. He admitted that some people would regard it as a sign of satisfaction with the work of the National Committee. However, he did not personally subscribe to this view, and he felt that it was vital that all the members should be actively concerned in the Association for it to remain a viable, useful body.
