Further to the announcement at the end of 1972, agreement has now been reached between Akzo Coatings of Holland and Burmah Industrial Products for a close cooperation between their subsidiary companies Syntac BV and Campbell Technical Waxes Ltd., with the objective of jointly advancing future plans.
