Durr acquires INLAC

Durr Systems GmbH, the parent of UK based Durr Limited, a provider of paint shops for the automotive industry, has acquired INLAC Industrie-Lackieranlagen GmbH and its worldwide subsidiaries.

INLAC businesses focused mainly on paint circulation systems and body dedusting equipment for the automotive industry.

John Barlow, managing director, Durr Limited said: "The combination of the two companies provides additional resources and capacity for the continuous development of paint application products and systems for Durr's core business worldwide."
