Millennium Inorganic Chemicals (Millennium) has named Stuart G. Breslow as vice president, general counsel, and secretary for the company. He reports to President and CEO Robert Lee and replaces the recently retired Samuel Friedman.

Stuart has provided strategic legal counsel to Millennium for nearly two decades. He joined the company in 1979 as a staff attorney and most recently served as assistant general counsel. Breslow holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
