Lubrizol Corp. announces name changeThe Lubrizol Corp. has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Noveon, Inc. and Noveon Canada, Inc. have changed their names to Lubrizol Advanced Materials,Inc. and Lubrizol Advanced Materials Canada, Inc., respectively. These names reflect Lubrizol's recent decision to discontinue the broad use of Noveon in favor of Lubrizol Materials around the world. Subsidiaries of Lubrizol in Europe and Asia will similarly change their names beginning in early July. In the future, Noveon will only be used in connection with Lubrizol's consumer specialty products.
