Donald Macpherson Group Ltd. (“DMG”) has acquired the whole of the issued share capital of Tl Drynamels Ltd. (“Drynamels”) from Tube Investment for a total cash consideration of £2.7m, which is subject to minor adjustment once completion accounts are available. Tl have agreed to dispose of its interest in Drynamels because the activities of this company are outside the main stream operations of the group.
