Hoechst AG, 6230 Frankfurt 80, W. Germany, has developed a reddish yellow pigment specifically for publication gravure printing. The new pigment has the designation Permanent Yellow DGR 21 and is said to be noted for its high tinctorial strength, excellent flow properties, very good gloss and ready dispersibility.
