Devcon UK, specialists in maintenance, repair and adhesive technology, has introduced a low-viscosity,single-component instant adhesive.
Called Zip Grip 4404, this latest product is formulated for bonding and filling gaps up to 0.05mm,fixturing in seconds on a wide variety of metals, rubbers and most standard engineered plastics.
Recommended applications include the bonding of viton and epdm, rubber weather stripping, fixturing rubber gaskets, splicing O-rings and repairing plastics and metals.
This adhesive is claimed to have exceptional resistance, providing a high strength bond on close-fitting smooth surfaces.
Zip Grip 4404 is available from Devcon in convenient, easy-to-dispense 14gm applicator bottles.
