Marsh Company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Videojet Systems International Inc. Videojet and Marsh are both leaders in their respective industries ­ Videojet in the small character coding equipment market and Marsh in the large character marking and coding industry. The strategic alliance of the two companies creates new opportunities for growth and strengthens the companies' global competitiveness.

Videojet plans to build on Marsh's established areas of strength and maximise the new product potential through exchange of experience and technological know-how.
