ICI equipment business acquisition

ICI has announced the sale of its cleaning technology equipment business to CJ Systems, a key manufacturing and service company which has provided support to ICI's Chlor-Chemicals operation for over ten years. ICI retains its core business of the production and supply of chlorinated solvents and will continue in its role as consultant to users of solvent cleaning systems on safety, advice and environmental aspects.
