Industrial filtration and pollution control specialist, BTR Environmental Ltd, has launched another breakthrough in versatile, low maintenance dust control solutions with its new DCE 2000 series. Ideal for a rich diversity of manufacturing and engineering applications, this new series brings to market the most comprehensive range of continuous, high efficiency unit dust collectors available today. BTR Environmental Ltd has also engineered the DCE 2000 series to provide a unique set of "maintenance-friendly" advantages over competitor units, including an industry first "High 5" extended warranty package (S units only).

BTR Environmental Ltd's DCE 2000 series comprises a total of 14 different sized units, providing cost effective dust control in paint manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, and many other industries. All units utilise reverse jet cleaning filtration technology with automatic integral control to achieve continuous and reliable operating efficiency. The DCE 2000 series has been developed to work on the DCE perfected Downflow air flow principle, proven to offer superior performance and reliability over comparable collectors. Both fabric media (F) and Sintamatic element (S) collection units are available to give a wide choice in filtration areas from 12-99m2.
DCE F 2000 units provide reliable filtration of high dust concentrations in volumes up to 6,500m3/hr. With constant levels of resistance they can achieve efficiencies better than 99.99 per cent. Each filter bag is mounted on a wire frame to ensure optimum air flow for fabric cleaning. DCE S 2000 units utilise proven Sintamatic polymer filtration media with elements manufactured from a blend of granulated polymers and coated in a PTFE-based solution. This creates a self-rigidised element,highly resistant to acids, alkalis and abrasion and providing near absolute filtration as standard. Both F and S series units incorporate 25mm diaphragm valves throughout to achieve consistently high filtration performance. The DCE S 2000 range features unrivalled free service benefits in its High 5 package to give customers a "fit and forget" option in dust control. This package includes five year extended warranty on each unit's Sintamatic elements, twice yearly service, expert commissioning, ready to go parts inventory and hotline technical support.
