In GB patent 2315425 Ricoh Co. Ltd describe two component resins. These are applied to the guide groove of a moulded member by pouring the resin components from respective feed tubes whilst inserting the distal end of a ultrasonic wave transmission horn into the groove. The tubes may feed one or both components to the side surface of the horn, or directly to the groove.
