Following the recent launch of Nautilus LIMS, Manchester-based LabSystems has produced a new user-friendly introduction to Nautilus in brochure format.

The new full-colour guide to the new laboratory information management system(LIMS) has been produced to introduce potential purchasers of LIMS to this software for laboratories. The new Nautilus brochure explains clearly how Nautilus LIMS fits into the laboratory.

Four pages in length, the new brochure mirrors the information needed by LIMS users to reflect their work flow in the laboratory. LabSystems believes that Nautilus liberates laboratories from the onerous customisation required with larger LIMS solutions, by providing the tools to configure the system in-house to suit an individual laboratories needs. As such, the Nautilus brochure reflects these new innovations.

The brochure has been designed to provide a one-stop source of information about LIS. LabSystems describes Nautilus as a PC-based LIS, whose development emphasis has been on ease-of-use with minimal training for users, resulting in an application that appears as an integrated component of the Windows desktop. Its (patent pending) work flow technology maps LIS directly onto the real- life laboratory processes, requiring no programming.
