Norbert Bluthe has been appointed president of Rhodia's Paper, Coatings and Construction Materials enterprise. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and has a PhD in Organic Chemistry. He joined Rhone-Poulenc in 1983 and started his career with R and D, before holding operational positions in France and the USA. Prior to his new position at Rhodia PPMC, he was director of the Elastomer activities within Rhodia Silicones.
