New pattern card for BASF's Luconyl pigment preparations
New pattern card for BASF's Luconyl pigment preparationsKeywords: BASF, Pigments, Emulsions
BASF now offers a new colour pattern card for its current standard product range of Luconyl and Luconyl G pigment preparations for emulsion paints.
The products are free flowing aqueous pastes that are usually stirred directly into the medium to be coloured. Even in paints with very low viscosity they do not settle. Their resistance to drying out must also be emphasised, as well as their good compatibility with conventional polymer dispersions. The Luconyl G preparations are said to be distinguished by being free of organic solvents. They are therefore considered suitable as stainers for solvent-free emulsion paints.
Main fields of application for the Luconyl products are emulsion paints, gloss emulsion paints, water-thinnable paints, textured finishes, whitewashes, distempers, coatings for wallpapers and coloured papers, aqueous wood glazes as well as full-tone paints and stainers based on aqueous binders.
