European logistics provider, P&O Trans European, has won a new three-year contract with Resinous Chemicals Limited, part of Akzo Nobel (Plate 13).
The contract will see P&O Trans European's specialist roadtanks division delivering more than 15,000 tonnes of resin per year to more than 15 manufacturing sites across the UK.

Two dedicated vehicles based at Resinous Chemicals' Newcastle upon Tyne site will undertake the majority of the distribution needs. Peak support will be provided by P&O Trans European's Felling-on-Tyne depot.
