Malvern Instruments recently launched a major new initiative with a programme of on-line seminars and training courses that anyone with a phone line and an Internet connection could access, free of charge.

Presentations ranged from introductory courses for those new to the field of particle characterization, to more advanced topics that were tailored to specific industries, applications and technologies. These included areas such as acoustic attenuation spectroscopy, particle size and shape analysis and online particle size analysis.
