The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and RadTech International NA,have joined forces to provide printers who use rapidly emerging safer technologies with a way to save money on their insurance costs.
The partnership informs us that it provides mid-size printing companies that use UV (Ultraviolet) or EB (Electron Beam) curing technologies with a tailored insurance program and a 5 percent property premium credit. "For more than 15 years, RadTech has advanced the development and use of UV and EB processing to help customers increase productivity, improve safety, eliminate pollution and improve products," said Bill West product manager for The Hartford insurance program. "The Hartford felt that firms that use a safer process should have that safety reflected in lower property premiums."
