Remmers, specialized in construction chemicals products and the wood coatings industry, will acquire 3H-Lacke Lackfabrik Hammen GmbH & Co. KG. Specialized in coatings and stain for furniture, doors, flooring, parquet and panels, the coatings manufacturer employs approximately 200 employees worldwide and achieved an annual turnover of more than €40 million in 2007.
