Chatchada Akarasriworn is a lecturer in the College of Social Communication Innovation at the Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand.

Arthur Borgemenke is an assistant professor of educational administration at a state university in Texas. He completed his doctoral degree at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2001. Borgemenke was a public school employee serving in the classroom, administered several special campuses and worked as a central office administrator for more than 10 years. Current research interests include school leader perceptions of online certification programs and best practices for online educator programs.

Justin D. Cochran is the director of the Online BBA Program and assistant professor of information systems in the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He received a PhD in business administration from the University of Georgia with a focus on management information systems. He also earned a master's and bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Auburn University. Cochran has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in information systems, e-business strategy, and business communications. Cochran's research interests include organizational agility, business process reengineering, and online learning strategies. His most recent research was published in MISQ Executive and Computers in Human Behavior. Wade W. Fish is an associate professor of special education at Texas A&M University-Commerce who earned his PhD in special education from the University of North Texas. Prior to TAMU-C, Fish served as an assistant professor of special education at the University of Texas at Tyler. His research interests include effective online course delivery, quality instructor feedback to students, and effective collaboration between educators and parents of students who receive special education services. Fish was a recipient of the Spring 2010 and Fall 2011 Texas A&M University System Teaching Excellence Award.

Atsusi “2c” Hirumi is an associate professor of instructional design and technology at the University of Central Florida. He earned his PhD in instructional systems from Florida State University, and his MA in educational technology from San Diego State University. He works with universities, K-12 school districts, medical institutions, and the military across the United States, Mexico, South America, and the Middle East to establish online training and degree programs. His research centers on the design of online and hybrid learning environments with a current focus on using story, game and play to evoke human emotions and spark imagination to enhance experiential learning. Hirumi has published 28 refereed journal articles, 20 book chapters, and has made over 100 presentations at international, national and state conferences. He also recently edited a book, Playing Games in Schools, and has a three-book series, Grounded Designs for Online and Hybrid Learning, in press. Awards include the Army Training dL Maverick Award for leadership in distance learning, the Texas Distance Learning Association award for Commitment to Excellence and Innovation, and the WebCT Exemplary Online Course Award.

Chuck Holt, an assistant professor in the College of Education and Human Services at Texas A&M–Commerce, teaches classes in school resources, school improvement, and leadership. He has served in public schools as a teacher, principal, and superintendent for the past 25 years. His scholarship agenda includes effective teaching and leader preparation for public schools. He has presented at regional and national education conferences.

Heng-Yu Ku is a professor in the Department of Educational Technology, College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, at the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, CO.

Jomon Aliyas Paul is an associate professor in the Department of Economics, Finance and Quantitative Analysis at Kennesaw State University. He earned a BE from MS University, Vadodara, India, in mechanical engineering and an MS and PhD from the University at Buffalo. Primary research interests include application of operations research in disaster planning, healthcare, and international transportation. His research has appeared in Journal of the Operational Research Society, Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Emergency Medicine, Journal of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. He is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is on the editorial board for International Journal of Information Systems and Social Change.
