A survey of Library Services to Schools and Children in the UK 1995‐96 7th edition

This is the seventh report on library services to schools and children; it now includes Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as England. Data are presented at local authority level with summary tables and sector estimates for the main indicators and trend analyses. The short first section gives a statistical look at the recommendation of the report Investing in Children that expenditure on children should reflect the proportion of children in the population.
