The author of this review also reviewed the Bradt Guide to Cuba in Reference Reviews, Vol. 9 No. 8, 1995/562. Since then, Trade and Travel Publications, famous for its South American Handbook, have brought out a separate guide to Cuba. This appears to be of the usual high standard expected of the Footprint guides and has the usual format. The author, Sarah Cameron, has a degree in Latin American studies and is well travelled in the area. She edits or contributes to several of these handbooks and her knowledge of the region is sound.
