The Dictionary of New Zealand Biography is a freely accessible biographical collection covering the lives of over 3,000 New Zealanders. This information originally appeared in print in the Dictionary of New Zealand Biography series, published between 1990 and 2000. The biographies, which are intended for a general audience, focus on nonliving people who were influential between 1960 and 1980.
