FSTA Direct

FSTA Direct, the web‐based version of the Food Science and Technology Abstracts database, is a collection of abstracts covering food science, food technology and food‐related human nutrition literature. The database is updated weekly, with approximately 25,000 new records added each year. There are over 680,000 records in the database, from 1969 to present. It is aimed at anyone working in the food industry, government or academic research sector.
