I am not going to believe in the paper‐less office or the virtual library while there are paper journals about computer systems. This one looks to be a useful addition to the range of those available. The charter issue has articles on community networks, public access to networks for those without computers, childhood asthma resources, a critical look at newsgroups and mailing lists and a review of factors that affect the quality and reliability of information on the net.
