In the past repetitive strain injury (RSI) has been somewhat dismissed as a condition over‐hyped by the media, tripped off the tongue with disdain and linked only to keyboards. This little book dispels that myth and sets out how to identify the potential hazards of RSI, which can occur from a whole range of workplace activities.
