A year ago (RR 96/479) I gave a warm welcome to the second edition of this title as a source of detailed, consistent information on worldwide retail firms, a subject area where such information is often hard to come by. The major difference between the second and third editions is the deletion of the directory of sources (associations, publications, etc.) in order to concentrate on the retail data.
