Degas and the Little Dancer

This beautifully produced book accompanies an exhibition that was first mounted at Joslyn Art Museum, Omaha, in February 1998. It reproduces and documents 62 of Degas’s works relating to his arresting sculpture, which was first shown at the sixth Impressionist exhibition in Paris in 1881. At the back are a 248‐item selected bibliography and an index.
