Field Guide to the Birds of Australia 3rd edition Available to Purchase

Having reviewed the second edition of this impressive field guide in Reference Reviews (94/466), I was interested to see how it had changed. It has increased in price by £7 for one thing and, for my taste, isn’t really a pocket‐friendly guide. It’s just too big, but then perhaps Australia is the sort of place one tends to drive so portability isn’t necessarily a limiting factor.
