As recently as review 98/210 Ken Fraser welcomed this title. Then it was published by Oryx Press and distributed in the United Kingdom by Eurospan. Now it reappears in an apparently identical edition except that the publisher is Fitzroy‐Dearborn, the ISBN is changed and so too the price: £39.95 to £45 is hardly extortionate, especially since we can assume that initial sales were mopped up by the first publisher (who apparently retains the copyright). Whatever the commercial reasons for the shift, we note again an interesting reference work (although like our original reviewer we would have appreciated a category index)....
